Meet Our Founder

Linda Anukwuem, with more than a decade of experience, forging diplomatic partnerships and amplifying diaspora engagement in the U.S., has quietly, and sometimes loudly, positioned AIX Firm as the hub for Diaspora engagement. Her work has filled stadiums, connected banks to creatives, brought the richness of culture to city halls, and redefined visibility for brands, embassies, and changemakers alike.

She operates at the intersection of public relations, government relations, and community strategy by facilitating connections among businesses, embassies, brands, and institutions with the diaspora through partnerships.

With a foundation in accounting and early career experience at Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP and United Airlines, Linda Adanma Anukwuem transitioned to a life of service. As former Chair of the City of Houston’s Mayor’s International Trade & Development Council for Africa (MITDC-Africa) under Mayor Annise Parker, she facilitated vital dialogues and opportunities between Houston, city government, and African delegations, unlocking economic, educational, and tourism opportunities.

Her early projects centered on the oil and gas sector, forming strategic partnerships with local manufacturers and SMEs in Nigeria, in collaboration with Sweetcrude Reports and the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board. Over time, her work expanded to diplomatic engagements.

She has had the honor of hosting Nigerian Governors, a former President, and a former Vice President in Houston. She has also published two editions of “Who’s Who Diaspora: The Nigerian Story”, a book celebrating the remarkable contributions of Nigerians in the diaspora.
